Living from an Open Heart Space

Living from an Open Heart Space

Hello Friday ♥️

This is a long post so understand if you skip it, but it is worth a read I’ll post on the website as a blog.

I bang on about love and living from the heart space, and I see that it’s more important now than ever to adopt this approach. To be honest I look around the world today where the darkness and chaos put up a pretty good fight for our souls.

Love is the only solution, its not about jumping in the sack with anyone and everone thats not love, its about doing everything in your present moment from a pure heart, a mindful purpose of kindness and the absolute knowlegde that you are love and are loved authentically.

To live with an open heart is to walk through the world with courage, vulnerability, and a deep well of compassion. It is not the easiest path — it asks more of us than most — but it is the most rewarding, soul-nourishing, and transformative way to live.

An open heart doesn’t mean you are never hurt, or that you don’t protect yourself. It means you choose love anyway. You choose softness in a world that often celebrates hardness. You choose understanding when it would be easier to judge. You choose connection even after you’ve known disconnection. You choose to believe in the goodness within yourself and others, even when that goodness is hidden beneath pain.

What does that even look like?

 • It looks like forgiveness — not because someone deserves it, but because you deserve peace.
 • It looks like empathy — taking the time to truly see someone, even when they’re not showing up as their best self.
 • It looks like boundaries — because love without limits can lead to burnout. An open heart honours both compassion and self-respect.
 • It looks like presence — slowing down, listening deeply, and showing up with your full attention.
 • It looks like choosing love over fear — in conversations, in decisions, in how you respond to life’s challenges.
 • It looks like hope — not naïve, but grounded. A knowing that light always exists, even in the darkest times.

Living from an open heart means embracing a level of vulnerability that can feel uncomfortable at times. It’s allowing your soul to lead, even when your ego is afraid. It means understanding that love is not just a feeling — it’s a conscious choice, a daily practice, and a way of being.

It requires reflection. Letting go of old wounds. Releasing fear of rejection, of not being enough, of being “too much.” It requires radical self-love and the willingness to love others without needing to control, fix, or change them.

It also means being attuned to the energy of your heart. Opening to intuition, tenderness, and the truth that love is our most powerful medicine. It means living in alignment — heart, mind, body, and spirit — and letting your actions reflect the truth of who you are.

This all matters because the world needs more open hearts. Not just people who speak about love, but those who embody it. When you live from love, you become a safe space for others to be seen and accepted. You heal — not only yourself, but everyone you come into contact with. Love is contagious in the best of ways.

And ultimately, living with an open heart brings you home — to your essence, your joy, and your sacred place in the great tapestry of life.

So my little prayer for us today is……

May you find the courage, vulnerability, and deep compassion to live with the open heart needed, to walk through this worldly existence with.
It’s not always easy — but it’s powerful and real.

Always grateful ✨🙏🏼✨Always
